What's the difference between "Run It" and "Scale It"?
Run It is the software — the platform you operate on every day (bookings, billing, member app, curriculum, AI suite), licensed by your venue type: Studio, Academy, or Clinic. Scale It is the consulting partnership — how much we do with you (or for you) to grow the business, from a DIY membership up to white-glove, done-for-you execution. One runs the floor; the other grows the operation.
Do I need both?
No — they stand on their own, and you can start with either. But they're designed to work together: the platform gives you the system, the partnership gives you the strategy, coaching and done-for-you build-out to use it fully. Many operators license a platform first, then add a partnership level as they scale — or join the partnership and deploy the matching platform inside it. Why does Power Portal require the PMA?
Power Portal is a HIPAA-compliant clinical wellness platform. The private-membership (PMA) structure is what makes it possible for an operator to deliver telehealth, biometrics and outcome tracking that a public-commerce vendor can't easily offer. It's the only one of the three that's HIPAA-compliant.
What proof stands behind this?
We built it and proved it on our own floor first — the largest Light Sword academy in America from a standing start, then on contract at two U.S. military installations (Langley AFB & Fort Eustis), with 95% pilot-program retention and 1,500+ students trained. We don't license anything we haven't run ourselves.
